CAMO-Net in-person meetings: London 2025

On behalf of the CAMO London team, we are excited to invite you and your teams to the upcoming joint CAMO-Net UK Meeting, scheduled to take place from 2 June to 6 June 2025, and focused on the technology and innovation for optimised prescribing research theme. This will be an important opportunity for our team to meet in-person, and attend key events planned throughout the week. Below are some important details to help with the planning:

Itinerary

More details will be shared as they get finalised, but here’s a general outline of the week’s activities:

• 2-3 June: Tech and innovation themed workshops at Imperial College London (South Kensington campus)
• 4 June: CAMO-Net Showcase Event at the Wellcome Trust (215 Euston Rd)
• 5 June: CAMO-Net Management Board Meeting at the Wellcome Trust (for PIs only, we will arrange alternative activities for other members)
• 6 June: Workshop on policy integration at UK Parliament (in Westminster)

Attendees

Please let me know who will be attending from your site by completing and returning the attached spreadsheet with details of your team members.

Travel Arrangements

• Each site is responsible for booking their own hotel, flights, and airport transfers. Attached is a list of recommended hotels near Euston station for your reference. If you have any questions on travel planning, please let me know as soon as possible.
• If any of your team members require visa letters, I have attached a template invitation letter. Kindly fill in the highlighted sections, send it back to me, and I’ll add the necessary signatures.
